Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY — ENGLISH Scheduling & Availability Bookings are scheduled based on mutual availability. Project work begins only after booking is confirmed. Payments & VAT All bookings require full payment before work begins. Israeli clients: 18% VAT is applied at invoice stage. International clients are not charged VAT. Revisions Each booking includes a defined number of revision rounds per project. Additional revisions may result in extra charges. Delivery Final delivery times vary per project and will be communicated after booking. Delays caused by missing materials or feedback from the client may impact delivery dates. No Refunds Due to the custom digital nature of the service, bookings are non-refundable. Client Materials The client confirms that any files, music, images, or assets provided are owned by them or licensed for use. Communication Project communication may take place via Email or WhatsApp. By submitting this form, you agree we may use your contact details for project communication only. 📌 מדיניות הזמנות — עברית קביעת לו״ז וזמינות העבודה מתחילה רק לאחר אישור ההזמנה ותיאום מועדים הזמינים לשני הצדדים. תשלום ומע״מ התשלום מבוצע מראש לפני התחלת עבודה. לקוחות ישראל: יתוסף מע״מ 18% בשלב החשבונית. לקוחות בינלאומיים אינם מחויבים במע״מ. תיקונים בכל פרויקט כלול מספר סבבי תיקונים מוגדרים. תיקונים נוספים עשויים להיות כרוכים בתשלום. זמני אספקה זמני אספקה משתנים בהתאם לפרויקט ויימסרו לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה. עיכובים מצד הלקוח בהעברת חומרים/משוב עשויים להשפיע על זמני מסירה. ללא החזר כספי מאחר ומדובר בעבודה דיגיטלית בהתאמה אישית, לא ניתן לקבל החזר כספי. חומרים מהלקוח הלקוח מאשר שהחומרים שהוא מספק (מוזיקה, תמונות, קבצים וכו') בבעלותו או בעלי רישיון שימוש. תקשורת התקשורת תתבצע במייל או בוואטסאפ. בעת מילוי הטופס, הלקוח מסכים לשימוש בפרטי ההתקשרות לצורכי הפרויקט בלבד.
