1. Introduction

This website is owned and operated by TJ Bloom. By accessing or using this website or services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Services

TJ Bloom provides creative services including:

• AI video production

• Motion design

• Creative direction

• Commercial video production

• Music videos

• Branded content and campaigns

3. Payments

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Bit, or PayBox.
Work begins only after payment is received. Final files are delivered after full payment. All prices are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) unless stated otherwise.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative digital work, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has started or any material has been delivered.

5. Use of Client Content

By providing materials (text, images, audio, video, brand assets, etc.), the client grants TJ Bloom a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing the project.
The client confirms they own or have legal rights to all content they provide. The client is responsible for any legal claims resulting from unauthorized content.

6. WhatsApp & Communication Policy

By contacting TJ Bloom via WhatsApp or sharing your phone number, you agree that we may contact you regarding your project, quotes, delivery, or support.
We do not send marketing messages unless you give explicit consent.

7. AI Content Disclaimer

Some or all project elements may be produced using AI tools. AI may contain minor visual or technical limitations. The client is responsible for reviewing all work before approval and use.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Project source files (AI files, project files, prompts) remain the property of TJ Bloom.

• The client receives final exported files for agreed usage only.

9. Portfolio Display Rights

TJ Bloom reserves the right to display completed work in a portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests privacy in writing before the project begins.

10. Limitation of Liability

TJ Bloom is not liable for:

• Platform restrictions (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Copyright claims caused by client-submitted content

• Any loss caused by third-party failures (hosting, AI platforms, etc.)

תנאי שימוש (עברית)

1. כללי

אתר זה מופעל על ידי TJ Bloom. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המפורטים כאן.

2. שירותים

החברה מספקת:

• הפקת וידאו מבוסס AI

• עיצוב בתנועה (Motion Design)

• בימוי קריאייטיב

• פרסומות

• קליפים

• תוכן שיווקי למותגים

3. תשלומים

התשלום מתבצע באמצעות העברה בנקאית, ביט או פייבוקס.
העבודה תתחיל רק לאחר קבלת תשלום. התוצרים הסופיים יימסרו לאחר סיום התשלום המלא.

4. ללא החזרים

אין החזר כספי לאחר התחלת העבודה או קבלת חומרים כלשהם מהשירות.

5. שימוש בתכני לקוח

הלקוח מאשר ל־TJ Bloom להשתמש בחומרים המסופקים (טקסט, תמונות, לוגו, וידאו וכו') לצרכי הפרויקט בלבד. הלקוח מצהיר כי יש לו זכויות שימוש בחומרים שסיפק.

6. מדיניות WhatsApp

מסירת מספר טלפון או פנייה ב־

WhatsApp מהווה אישור לקבל תקשורת בנוגע לפרויקט בלבד.
לא יישלחו הודעות שיווקיות ללא הסכמה מפורשת.

7. הצהרת AI

חלק מהתוצרים עשויים להיווצר באמצעות בינה מלאכותית وقد יכילו מגבלות טכניות קלות. הלקוח אחראי לבדיקה ואישור לפני שימוש.

8. זכויות יוצרים

קבצי המקור נשארים קניין של TJ Bloom אלא אם צוין אחרת. הלקוח רשאי להשתמש בקבצים הסופיים רק למטרה שסוכמה.

9. הצגת עבודות

TJ Bloom רשאית להציג עבודות שבוצעו בפורטפוליו או ברשתות החברתיות אלא אם הלקוח ביקש אחרת בכתב מראש.

10. הגבלת אחריות

TJ Bloom אינה אחראית לתקלות צד ג' או לתכנים שסופקו על ידי הלקוח.
