English:
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, such as your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and project details. We may also collect basic technical data like IP address and cookies to improve website performance.

Any additional fields that appear in forms are platform default settings and are not required for service. We only process the data needed to communicate with you and complete your project.

ייתכן ששדות נוספים מופיעים בטופס כתוצאה מהגדרות מערכת, ואינם חובה. אנו משתמשים רק במידע הנדרש ליצירת קשר ולביצוע הפרויקט.

We process personal data based on legitimate business interest and user consent. By submitting your information, you consent to its use as stated in this policy.

3. WhatsApp Communication / תקשורת בוואטסאפ

By contacting us via WhatsApp, you agree that we may use your contact details for project communication only. We do not send spam or marketing without consent.

פנייה אלינו דרך WhatsApp מהווה הסכמה לשימוש בפרטי ההתקשרות לצורכי פרויקט בלבד. לא נשלח הודעות שיווק ללא אישורך.

4. Client Content Use / שימוש בחומרים שמוסר הלקוח

If you send us files, images, videos, logos, music, or any project materials, you confirm that you own them and allow us to use them only to complete your project.

אם אתה מוסר קבצים, לוגואים, תמונות, טקסטים או חומרי פרויקט – אתה מאשר שיש לך זכויות שימוש בהם ומעניק לנו רשות להשתמש בהם רק לצורך ביצוע הפרויקט.

5. AI Content Disclaimer / הצהרת שימוש ב-AI

Some project elements may be created using artificial intelligence (AI). AI may produce unexpected variations or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving final work before publishing.

We retain personal data for up to 24 months after project completion, unless deletion is requested earlier.

For business clients, Data Processing Agreements (DPA) can be provided upon request to comply with GDPR/UK GDPR.

8. Services / שירותים

We provide AI video production, motion design, creative direction, music videos and commercial video services.

9. Payments / תשלומים

English:
Payments accepted by bank transfer, Bit, or PayBox. Work begins after payment. Final files delivered after full payment.

התשלום מתבצע בהעברה בנקאית, ביט או פייבוקס. העבודה מתחילה לאחר תשלום. קבצים נמסרים לאחר תשלום מלא.

10. No Refund Policy / ללא החזרים

English:
Because our work is digital and customized, all payments are final and non-refundable.

בגלל שהעבודה דיגיטלית ומותאמת אישית, אין החזר כספי.

11. Intellectual Property / זכויות יוצרים

English:
Project source files remain the property of TJ Bloom unless otherwise agreed. Final exports may be used by the client.

12. Protection from Idea Theft / הגנה מפני גניבת רעיונות

Concepts, drafts and ideas shared before payment are intellectual property of TJ Bloom and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Portfolio Use / הצגת פרויקטים

We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

If you are located in the EU/EEA:
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in Israel, which the European Union recognizes as providing an adequate level of data protection.
